About

Who does the work.

Allness is a build practice. The people who scope your project are the people who build it, and the same people who answer when something breaks at 7am.

Where this comes from

Not from engineering. From growth. Paid media, lifecycle, SEO, content, and the reporting that sits underneath all of it. Agency side and in house, across brands that had to make the spend work.

Growth teaches one lesson early and it never stops being true: nothing counts until it is running. You can ship a clean campaign and a beautiful dashboard and change nothing at all. So you learn to build the thing that runs, and to be suspicious of anything that only looks like progress.

How that shows up

The first question here is never which model or which framework. It is what breaks if this works, and who has to trust it on a Tuesday. Agents are cheap to build and expensive to own, so if the thing is not going to be used, the honest answer is to not build it.

It also means starting where the revenue already flows. Most teams point their first agent at something safe and internal, which is exactly where nobody notices the result. The work goes to the channel that brings customers in, the reporting leadership actually reads, or the queue that decides whether people stay.

How we work

Small on purpose. Not a pyramid, and nothing farmed out to a contractor you never meet. When a build needs a specialist, we bring one in and tell you who they are and what they are doing.

What that buys you is continuity. You are not sold by one person and handed to another, and the context does not get lost in a transfer. What it costs is volume, which is why the scope conversation happens before anything else.
